  What is AOFA Machinery’s Warranty?

  A

  AOFA Machinery provides our clients with a warranty period of twelve months or 2000 hours for any machine that is exported by us. During the warranty period,if a material or workmanship defect occurs in spare parts during normal operation,the defective part will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion.

  
  
  

  Please note that we have the right to determine whether a defect in material or workmanship occurred during normal use,or if the defect resulted from factors excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear,accidents,negligence,abuse,shipment,handling,storage,or environmental conditions. It is important to understand that any modifications to our products by the client,client's employees,or end-user will invalidate this warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wearing and easily broken parts,including but not limited to filters,belts,electric appliances and wires,bulbs and fuses,glass,rubber,and plastic materials.

  What is the delivery time?

  A

  Under normal circumstances,we can offer our clients an immediate delivery of regular machines within 7 days. This is because we have a wide range of resources to check our stock of machines locally and nationwide,and to receive machines on time. However,for manufacturers or factories,the production of ordered machines can take more than 30 days.

  How does your pricing compare with that of manufacturers and factories?

  A

  We are the leading dealers of China's top construction machinery manufacturers,offering competitive prices backed by extensive client feedback and comparisons.

  When can you respond to client inquiries?

  A

  Our team comprises of a dedicated and proactive group of individuals who work tirelessly around the clock to promptly address any inquiries or concerns from our clients. We strive to resolve most issues within 8 hours,whereas manufacturers and factories may take much longer to respond.

  What payment methods do you accept?

  A

  Normally we can work on the T/T term or L/C term,and sometimes the DP term.

  (1) For orders with T/T payment terms,a 30% down payment is required in advance,and the remaining 70% balance should be settled before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term clients.

  (2) For orders with L/C payment terms,we can accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult your sales manager for further advice.

  Which Incoterms 2010 terms are you able to work with?

  A

  We are experienced in international trade and can handle all INCOTERMS 2010. Our standard terms include FOB,CFR,CIF,CIP,and DAP.

  How long will your price be valid?

  A

  As a supplier,we pride ourselves on being kind and approachable,and we never prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. Our prices remain consistent throughout the year but may be subject to adjustment in two specific scenarios:

  (1) The exchange rate between USD and RMB fluctuates significantly due to international currency exchange rates.

  (2) The cost of labor and raw materials increases,leading to adjustments in machine prices by the manufacturers/factories.

  What are the various logistics methods available for shipping?

  A

  We offer different transportation options to ship construction machinery to various destinations.

  (1) For around 80% of our shipments,we use sea transportation to deliver the machines to all major continents including Africa,South America,Middle East,Oceania,and Southeast Asia. The machines are shipped either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.

  (2) For neighboring inland countries of China,such as Russia,Mongolia,Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan,Tajikistan,Uzbekistan,Turkmenistan,etc.,we can send machines by road or railway.

  (3) In case of urgent demand for light spare parts,we offer international courier services such as DHL,TNT,UPS,or FedEx to deliver the parts promptly.
